To begin our design and construction process, we require a current property survey of your site. This document outlines the exact parameters of your space and identifies your specific municipality. Because every county, city, and historic district enforces its own unique setbacks and property restrictions, this information ensures we can properly navigate local regulations while customizing a pool tailored specifically to your property.
How long does a typical project take?
While every backyard build is unique, we estimate a timeline of approximately six months from the signing of your contract to project completion. This estimate can vary depending on local permitting and site conditions, with Florida’s unpredictable weather being a significant factor in any outdoor construction schedule. Our team works closely with you through every stage of the build, remaining your partner in the process until the final inspection is cleared and your pool is ready to enjoy.
